If you’re not already aware of the Dog Aging Project (and hopefully participating!), be sure to check it out: https://dogagingproject.org/

This article has lots of fascinating info on what is being studied about our canine pals and the changes they go through:

What changes do you notice as your older dog(s)?
What age do you consider a dog to be “old”?
What signs do you see that make you think that?
What is the oldest dog you’ve ever had? ever known?

I am super grateful that at the moment, with baby Ice at just 11 weeks old and great-great-grandma Spider at 14+, I’ve got 5 generations in the house. Yet keenly aware that however long, our dogs’ lives are never long enough.

    cheers
    Suzanne
